- The subject of the order is the provision of postal services in domestic and foreign traffic, including in particular the receipt, transportation and delivery of postal items and their possible returns to the Ordering Party after exhausting the possibilities of delivery, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of November 23, 2012 Postal Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 366) and relevant implementing acts. The services will be provided for the needs of the Porbka Commune. The types and estimated quantities of shipments covered by the order are specified in Annex No. 1 to SWZ No. ZP.271.1.25.2025 Description of the item orders.
