Description:
1.1 The subject of the order is: provision of postal services in domestic and foreign traffic, in the scope of accepting, moving and delivering postal items (letter and postal parcels) and their possible returns, within the meaning of the Postal Law Act of November 23, 2012 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws Laws of 2025 pos. 366 from po. amended) for the needs of the District Office in Mikołow for a period of one year from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 20262. The Ordering Party requires that shipments be made in accordance with the principles set out in the legal acts mentioned herein:2.1. Act of November 23, 2012 - Postal Law (vol. j.
