Description:
1.1 The subject of the order for part I - letter items and postal parcels is the provision of postal services in domestic and foreign traffic in the scope of receiving, moving and delivering postal items and the return of the items to the Ordering Party after exhausting the possibilities of their delivery within the meaning of Postal Law.1.1.1 The scope of the order includes, among others: 1) unregistered items, which are not the fastest category items in domestic traffic (ordinary); 2) unregistered items of the fastest category in domestic traffic (ordinary priority); 3) registered items, which are not the fastest category items category in domestic traffic (registered);4) registered shipments of the fastest category in domestic traffic (registered priority);5) return acknowledgment of receipt;6) electronic confirmation of receipt (EPO): - the EPO service is provided only in domestic traffic, - the EPO service is provided jointly registered letter shipment from the services, - in the event of returning to the Ordering Party a letter shipment registered in domestic traffic sent using the electronic confirmation of receipt service, the EPO fee is not refundable, - the condition for using the EPO is passed on...
