Part A: The subject of the order is: provision of postal services for the Świętokrzyskie Regional Branch of ARiMR and 13 District Offices of ARiMR in domestic and foreign traffic in the field of accepting, moving, delivering and returning ordinary and fastest category letter items, including registered and with acknowledgment of receipt, in particular the sending by the Contractor to the designated operator of letter items for which the legal provisions stipulate that submitting a letter at the post office of the designated operator is tantamount to filing it in court or the deadline for submitting the letter is deemed to be retained if the letter was posted at the designated operator's post office before its expiry.
