Description:
. The subject of the order is the provision, from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026, of postal services in domestic and foreign traffic to the Municipal Office in Biaja Piska, in the scope of accepting, moving and delivering postal items, their possible returns, and courier services in within the meaning of the Act of November 23, 2012, Postal Law (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 366) in the number and types specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ on working days, i.e. from Monday to Friday. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. 3. Number and type of shipments specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ is only an estimate and does not constitute an obligation on the part of the Ordering Party to send shipments in the given quantities, and does not constitute a basis for the Contractor to make claims in the case of sending shipments in quantities smaller or larger than the estimated ones. Changes in quantity and/or the type of shipments does not constitute a basis for changing the content of the contract concluded with the Contractor.
