- The subject of the order is the provision of postal services to the Jasienica Commune in domestic and foreign traffic, in the scope of receiving, sorting, moving and delivering postal items and delivering return receipt to the ordering party after successful delivery, as well as returning to the ordering party of undelivered parcels to the recipient after exhausting all possibilities of their delivery or release within the meaning of the Postal Law Act of November 23, 2012 (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 366, as amended) and implementing acts issued on its basis, and the service of collecting parcels from the registered office of the Ordering Party. Detailed description of the subject of the order includes: - description of the subject of the order, Appendix No. 1b - draft provisions of the contract - Appendix No. 3 to this SWZ, Note No. 1: The quantities of shipments specified in the price form (Annex No. 1a to the SWZ) are approximate values, adopted for the purpose of comparing offers and selection the most advantageous offer. Due to the above, the Contractor is not entitled to claim for the provision of the service in the amounts given.
