The subject of the order is the provision of postal services in domestic and foreign traffic in the scope of receiving, collecting from the Sender's offices, moving and delivering postal items and their possible returns within the meaning of the Postal Law Act of November 23, 2012. (consolidated text - OJ from 2025 pos. 366) for the National Center for Support of Agriculture, Field Branch in Olsztyn, ul. Gowackiego 6, 10-448 Olsztyn and Branch Sections and Archive with field location in the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2027.2. The list of locations of the Broadcaster's offices is attached as Appendix No. 1 to the planned ones provision of the contract (hereinafter referred to as PPU).3. The services that are the subject of the order will be provided in accordance with the provisions of generally applicable law, in particular the Act of November 23, 2012. Postal Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2025, item 366) and implementing acts issued on its basis.4.
