Description:
1. The subject of this order is: 1) provision of postal services in domestic and foreign traffic for the needs of the Municipal Family Assistance Center based in Bytom, consisting in accepting, transporting and delivering postal items to the address indicated by the Ordering Party; 2) return to the Ordering Party of undelivered shipments, after exhausting the possibilities of their delivery or release to the recipient provided for in the regulations applicable to the Contractor; 3) providing the Ordering Party with return acknowledgments of receipt (ZPO) taking into account international postal regulations within the meaning of the Postal Law, i.e. international agreements binding on the Republic of Poland concerning the provision of postal services and the binding regulations of the Universal Postal Union.2. The subject of this order does not include shipments requiring official confirmation of shipment.3. The contractor is obliged to have at his disposal - at all times period of validity of the contract - at least 9 collection points in the city of Bytom (ensuring the possibility of convenient collection by the addressee of the advised shipment), including at least 1 collection point in Bytom in separate areas of the city such ...
