Description:
1. The subject of the order is the service from January 2, 2026. until December 31, 2026 for the Municipal Office in Brzesko, postal services in domestic and foreign traffic, in the field of accepting, moving and delivering postal items, their possible returns and courier services in within the meaning of the Act of November 23, 2012 Postal law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 366, as amended) in the quantities and types specified in Annex No. 9 to the SWZ, and the service of collecting parcels from the Ordering Party's registered office every day from Monday to Friday.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 9 to SWZ. 3. The expected quantities of shipments indicated in Annex 9 to the SWZ are estimates adopted in order to compare offers and select the most advantageous offer. The Ordering Party reserves that the actual quantities will result from current needs and may differ slightly from the quantities given in starter. The contractor is not entitled to claim for the provision of the service in the specified scope.
