- Description of the subject of the order1) The subject of the order is the provision of postal services by the Contractor for the needs of the Municipal Office in Lubsko in domestic and foreign traffic, in the scope of accepting, moving and delivering postal items (letter items, postal parcels, courier items), as well as the return of undelivered parcels after exhausting the possibilities of delivery or release to the recipient within the meaning of the Act of November 23, 2012, Postal Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 366, as amended). 2) Types and number of shipments specified in the offer form (Appendix No. 4 to SWZ - price form to SWZ) as part of the services provided are estimates and may be changed depending on the needs of the Ordering Party, to which the Contractor agrees and will not pursue any claims for quantitative and generic changes during the implementation of the subject of the order.
