The subject of this order are postal services provided by the Contractor to the Ordering Party (for the needs of the District Office in Poddbice) in domestic and foreign traffic, in the scope of accepting, sorting, moving and delivering parcels postal items (letter items and postal parcels) and their possible returns (undelivered to the recipient after exhausting all possibilities of their delivery or release), which will be implemented according to the needs of the Ordering Party on the terms specified in generally applicable regulations legal provisions, in particular the provisions of the Act of November 23, 2012, Postal Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 366, as amended), implementing acts issued on its basis and the relevant terms and conditions of the contract.
