The subject of the order is the provision of postal services in domestic and foreign traffic for the needs of the EKO PRZESZO Intermunicipal Association in Nowa Sól in the scope of collection, transport and delivery; unaddressed forms in domestic traffic, shipments postal items, including letter items and postal parcels, as well as returns of undelivered items, after exhausting the possibilities of delivering them or handing them over to the recipient, within the meaning of the Act of November 23, 2012, Postal Law (Journal of Laws of 2025, items 366, 820 and 1456).2.
