- 1. The subject of the order is the provision of postal services to the Ordering Party, including the collection of postal items from the Ordering Party, their posting, transportation and delivery to the addressee, as well as confirmation of their receipt at the addressee (ZPO) and making any possible returns of posted shipments, due to their failure to be delivered to the addressee. Postal services that are the subject of the tender are provided in domestic and foreign traffic based on the provisions of international law. The scope of these proceedings does not include (and therefore does not constitute the subject of this order) courier services (i.e. postal services in the field of courier shipments). 2. The Ordering Party does not divide the subject of the order into parts (and therefore does not allow the submission of offers for parts or selected parts of this order). The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers due to the nature of the service. Attempt to divide placing orders based on weight ranges or on the country of delivery is not justified, especially since operators provide this type of services comprehensively, which should be considered standard.
