Description:
1. The subject of the order are postal services consisting in: a) sending and delivering unregistered and registered postal items in domestic and foreign traffic, both priority and economic items in the S, M, L format; b) sending and delivering postal items with confirmation reception of both priority and economy formats S, M, L; c) sending and delivering courier parcels; d) return postal items to the Ordering Party after exhausting the possibilities of delivering them to the addressees. The subject of the order concerns the provision of postal services consisting in accepting parcels letter parcels, postal parcels, including registered and courier parcels (hereinafter referred to as parcels), in domestic and foreign traffic, transporting and delivering them to addressees, making possible returns of undelivered parcels, conducting complaint proceedings, in accordance with Acts of November 23, 2012, Postal Law.
