Description:
1. The subject of the order are postal services consisting in: a) sending and delivering unregistered and registered postal items in domestic and foreign traffic, both priority and economic items in the S, M, L format; b) transfer i delivering postal items with acknowledgment of receipt, both priority and economic, S, M, L formats; c) sending and delivering courier items; d) returning postal items to the Ordering Party after exhausting the possibilities of delivering them to the addressees. The subject of the order concerns the provision of postal services consisting in accepting letter items, postal parcels, including registered items and courier items (hereinafter referred to as shipments), in domestic and foreign traffic, transport and delivering them to the addressees, making possible returns of undelivered parcels, conducting complaint proceedings, in accordance with the Act of November 23, 2012, Postal Law. The amounts of sent correspondence provided by the Ordering Party are approximate estimated.
