Description:
1. providing postal services to the Real Estate Management Unit in Zabrze in the scope of accepting, moving and delivering letter items and their possible returns to the Ordering Party after exhausting the possibilities of delivering them or handing them over to the addressee. 2. The contractor is obliged to provide services that are the subject of this order in accordance with the provisions of: a) the Act of November 23, 2012, Postal Law (Journal of Laws 2023.1640) and the implementing acts issued on its basis; b) the Act of June 14, 1960, the Code of Administrative Procedure (Journal of Laws 2024.572); c) the Act of November 17 1964 Code of Civil Procedure (Journal of Laws 2024.1568); d) Act of August 29, 1997 Tax Ordinance (Journal of Laws 2023.2383); e) Act of August 30, 2002 Law on proceedings before administrative courts (Journal of Laws 2024.935); f) Regulations General Universal Postal Union and its annex Internal Regulations of Congresses, the World Postal Conference together with the Final Protocol, the Agreement on Postal Payment Services of October 11, 2012 (Journal of Laws 2015.1522); g) Letter Post Regulations of January 28, 2005.
