Description:
1. The subject of the order is the provision of postal services in domestic and foreign traffic to the Commune Office in Tarnow Podgorne, ul. Poznaska 115, 62-080 Tarnowo Podgorne, in the scope of: a) accepting, moving and delivering postal items in domestic and foreign traffic and parcels b) immediate delivery of returned letter items, after exhausting all possibilities of delivering them or handing them over to the recipient, and providing return acknowledgments of receipt after successful delivery.2. The subject of the order was specified in detail in the price form, constituting Appendix No. 5 to the contract. Given in in the price form, the quantities of individual shipment items are estimated, have been provided for the purpose of calculating the value of the offer and may be changed depending on the needs and are not quantities binding the Ordering Party, to which the Contractor agrees and will not pursue any claims for quantitative changes and generic during the execution of the contract.
