Description:
1. Part I of the order: provision of cleaning services for the premises occupied by the Ordering Party in Krakow, at ul. Mogilska 25, located on the VIIIX floors (3 floors), with a usable area of 1,398.00 m2; 3.2 A detailed description of the subject of the order for each Part is included in Appendix No. 1 to SWZ. 2. Ordering party pursuant to Art. 95 section 1 of the Act requires that the Contractor or subcontractor employs, on the basis of an employment relationship, persons directed by the Contractor or subcontractor to perform activities involving the ongoing cleanliness (cleaning) of the premises [does not apply to activities requiring use of special machines (devices) and chemicals, i.e. cleaning carpets, floors and washing windows and lamps, if the performance of these activities involves performing work in the manner specified in Art. 22 1 ustawy z dnia 26 czerwca 1974 r. Kodeks pracy (Dz. U. z 2025 r. poz. 277, 807 and 1423).3.
