- The subject of the order is: 1. provision of preventive health care services in the field of occupational medicine based on the provisions of the Act of June 26, 1974, Labor Code (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1465, as amended), the Act of June 27, 1997 on the occupational medicine service (Journal of Laws of 2022 pos. 437) and the Regulation of the Minister of Health and Social Welfare of May 30, 1996 on medical examinations of employees, the scope of preventive health care for employees and medical certificates issued for the purposes provided for in the Labor Code (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 607) over employees and job candidates of the POLIN Museum of the History of Polish Jews;2. providing additional medical services to employees of the POLIN Museum of the History of Polish Jews;3. providing additional medical services to family members and other close relatives of employees of the Museum of History Polish Jews POLIN.4.
