Description:
1. The subject of the order is the provision of services pursuant to Art. 6 of the Act of June 27, 1997 on the occupational medicine service (Journal of Laws 2019, No. 1175), i.e. in the field of preventive examinations of employees and preventive health care for employees of the Municipal Office in Stalowa Wola and units organizational units of the Stalowa Wola Commune indicated in Chapter I of the SWZ, in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Health and Social Welfare of May 30, 1996 on medical examinations of employees, the scope of preventive health care for employees and medical certificates issued to purposes provided for in the Labor Code (Journal of Laws of 1996, No. 69, item 332, as amended). Act of December 5, 2008 on preventing and combating infections and communicable diseases in humans (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2020, No. 1845), Act of January 5, 2011 on vehicle drivers (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 627 and the Regulation Minister of Health of July 17, 2014 on medical examinations of persons applying for driving licenses and drivers (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 949).2.
