- 1. The subject of the order is the provision of electronic seal service, electronic seal diagnosis service and repair service of electronic seals owned by the Ordering Party (used by the National Tax Administration). 2. Subject orders include: 1) within the scope of the basic order: provision of electronic seal service services, electronic seal diagnosis services and repair services for electronic seals owned by the Ordering Party (used by Krajowa Tax Administration, for a period of 36 months from the date of conclusion of the Agreement or until the total maximum amount of remuneration for the implementation of the subject of the Agreement in the scope of the basic order is exhausted, depending on which of the circumstances occurs as first, 2) in the scope of the order covered by the option: provision of electronic seal servicing services, owned by the Ordering Party (used by the National Tax Administration), for a period of 12 months from the day following the last day of implementation basic order or until the total maximum amount of remuneration for the implementation of the subject matter of the Agreement within the scope of options is exhausted, depending on which of the circumstances occurs first. 3.
