• Description:
• 1. The subject of the contract under the basic contract is the contractor to provide the Print Service and Technical Support for the Employer for a period of 36 months, for at least 1,500 users (hereinafter also as a "basic order").The basic order is:
  1) 5,000,000 pages of monochrome prints;
  2) 2,000,000 pages of colored prints.
  3. The applicant provides for the possibility of using the option referred to in art. 441 para. 1 of the Public Procurement Law, in the scope of submitting in the period referred to in § 2 para. 3 or in paragraph 6 of the projectContract, constituting Annex 2 to SWZ, additional orders
  for prints, in an amount not exceeding a total of 50% of the estimated number of pages of print
  as part of the basic order referred to in point 3.1.2, i.e.:: 2,500,000 pages of monochrome printouts,
  2) 1,000,000 pages of colored prints,
  -(hereinafter also as "option I").
  4. The landlife also reserves the right to use the option referred to in art. 441 para. 1 of the Public Procurement Law, by extending the period of provision by the contractor of the print service together with technical support by another maximum 12 months (hereinafter also as "an optionII "), with no longer than to use the volume as part of the basic order referred to in point 3.1.2, and in the case of using the I option and, also to use the volume specified in point 3.1.3.scope ...
