Description:
1. The Ordering Party will order from the Contractor a printout of the wroclaw.pl bulletin in up to 55 (in words: fifty-five) issues out of 30 (in words: thirty) possibilities. The possibilities are described in the Terms of Reference.
2. Each issue of the bulletin contains an ISSN.
3. As part of the contract, the Ordering Party will order:
a) minimum 5% of the gross value of the contract,
b) maximum 100% of the gross value of the contract.
4. Technical specifications:
a) double-sided color printing (CMYK 4/4),
b) base format: width 289 mm and height 350 mm (permissible printing tolerance +/- 10 mm),
c) minimum grammage is 40 grams/m2,
d) the paper used to print the newsletter must meet the environmental aspect, i.e. come from recycling or raw material from responsibly managed forests, which the contractor will confirm with an appropriate certificate, e.g. FSC, PEFC, Der Blaue Engel or an equivalent document.
5. Changes are possible base format for printing the bulletin number with the consent of both Parties, provided that the Contractor has the technical conditions to print in a format other than the declared base format. All changes must be approved by the Ordering Party.
6. Each copy of the bulletin must meet the specifications technical information indicated in the subject of the order.
