Description:
The subject of the order is the provision of professional cleaning services in the facilities of the Social Insurance Institution, Branch in Bielsko-Biała and subordinate Inspectorates in Cieszyn and Żywiec, hereinafter referred to as the Institution. The service must be performed efficiently, carefully and on time, taking into account the needs objects reported by users.
The cleaning service will include the following activities:
1) maintaining cleanliness in the Plant's facilities;
2) keeping the external area clean on properties adjacent to the Plant's facilities;
3) washing windows in facilities;
4) clearing snow from roofs on buildings;
5) disinfestation, disinfection and rodent control;
6) cleaning gutters and downpipes from dirt and leaves;
7) care and maintenance of green areas.
Cleaning services will be provided in the following facilities:
1) ZUS Branch building housing: located in Bielsko-Biała at ul. Krasińskiego 34, 36;
2) The building of the ZUS Branch located in Bielsko-Biała at ul. Traugutta 2a;
3) ZUS Inspectorate buildings located in:
a) Cieszyn at ul. Bielska 29;
b) Żywiec at ul. Piernikarska 2.
The detailed description of the subject of the order (OPZ) is: Appendix No. 1 to the Draft Provisions of the Agreement, which constitute Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ.
