Description:
1. The subject of the Order is "Provision of property insurance, civil liability and motor insurance services for the Warsaw Metro". 2. The scope of the Subject of the Order was divided into 4 parts (Tasks) and was specified in point 4.2 Specification of Order Conditions (hereinafter: SWZ). A detailed description of the subject of the order for individual Tasks is included in the Description of the Subject of the Order (hereinafter referred to as "OPZ") constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and in the documents attached to it. 3. Ordering Party allows the submission of offers for one or more Tasks, provided that the offer must cover the entire scope of each offered Task. 4. The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of using the option referred to in Art. 441 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law. Optional scope the order covers the provision of services referred to in point 4.2 of the SWZ within a period of 12 months, subject to the content of point 8 of the SWZ. Details regarding the option and its activation are included in point 46-4.7 of the SWZ and in the contract templates appropriate for a given task. 5. The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of submitting an offer after the Contractor has completed the on-site visit referred to in Art. 131 section 2 of the Public Procurement Law. The date of the visit was specified in point 4.8 of the SWZ. 6. The Ordering Party requires employment on the basis of an employment contract as defined provisions of the Act of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 277, as amended) by the Contractor or Subcontractor of persons performing activities related to...
