Description:
1) The subject of the order concerns a physical (personal) service, permanent on designated days and hours, direct protection (supervision) of property, facilities, equipment and the premises of the Ordering Party's headquarters, i.e. District Roads Authority in Otwock z/s in Karczew, ul. Bohaterow Westerplatte 36, 05-480 Karczew and 24/7 intervention supervision.2) The Ordering Party informs that the area subject to supervision is fenced, lit and equipped with video monitoring, 3) Physical protection of the Ordering Party's property will take place from Monday to Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. and on weekends (Saturday-Sunday) and holidays on 24-hour system.4) The Ordering Party's property will also be protected in the event that the Ordering Party does not work in the period from Monday to Friday, e.g. collection day or has shortened working hours, in which case the Contractor will be obliged to provide protection in additional hours, free or shortened working hours, the Ordering Party will notify the Contractor in advance, in the offer the Contractor is obliged to indicate the price for an additional hour of protection of the Ordering Party's property and, in the event of the occurrence of the event in question, add additional hours to the invoice. 5) Supervision intervention will take place 24 hours a day 6) The Contractor must equip the Ordering Party with at least 3 pieces of "panicbutton" remote controls. 7) The Ordering Party requires the provision of at least one security employee in a continuous system and support for the intervention group by arriving on call within a time not longer than 15...
