1. The subject of the order is the provision of property protection services for Zakład Gospodarki Komunlnej Sp. z o. o. in Ustka2. The subject of the order includes the provision of permanent, direct physical protection of the Ordering Party's property located in Ustka at ul. Wiejska 7, which includes: 2.1. still situated in the village Ustka at ul. Wiejska 7, with a total area of 7,453 m2, marked as plots no. 906/65, 906/66, 906/67 and 906/76, which include: a warehouse building, a car repair shop, an office and warehouse building, and the second life building, respectively;2.2. fixed assets located on this property, i.e. vehicle fleet, fuel tanker, machines, technical devices, tools and equipment;2.3. other low-value assets;2.4. real estate with an area of 6,667 m2 (plots no. 906/44 and 906/45) PSZOK, with: a) 3 warehouse shelters, b) social and office container, c) two press for separately collected solid waste, d) hydraulic device from the PSZOK sewage and stormwater pumping station, e) access ramp with KP-38, KP-10, KP-7 containers, f) drive-up scales, g) lighting power poles, h) trolley spectacles...
