• Description:
• 1.1. The subject of the order is physical security and electronic monitoring of the buildings of the Dwr Artusa Cultural Center in Toruń from March 31, 2026 from 19:00 until March 31, 2028 until 19:00: 1) Building I - Building with an area of ​​approx. 1,600 m2, 5 floors above ground and 1 underground floor. The scope of the order includes: a) development of the Property Protection Plan for Building I, b) physical security in the form of a one-person internal guard, approximately 10,400 man-hours, c) verification of the image from the monitoring system video (currently 2 cameras, with a planned expansion of the system to approx. 20 cameras during the term of the contract), d) electronic monitoring/surveillance of the facility. 2) Building II - Building with an area of ​​approx. 1,600 m2, with 4 above-ground floors and 1 underground floor.
