- The subject of the order is the provision of services including qualified physical protection of persons and property of the Polish Army Museum in Warsaw and on the premises owned and/or managed by the Polish Army Museum in Warsaw, i.e.:
1) Buildings and facilities of the Polish Army Museum (including the Pavilion PoΕudniowy) located in the Warsaw Citadel at ul. DymiΕska 13, 01-519 in Warsaw and the adjacent area,
2) The building and facilities of the Katyn Museum located in the Warsaw Citadel at ul. Jana JezioraΕskiego 4, 01-521 in Warsaw and the adjacent area,
3) The building of the Polish Army Museum located at ul. Aleje Jerozolimskie 3, 00-495 in Warsaw
and counteracting threats, by the Contractor who has a license to perform this type of activity, issued by the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration, performed on the basis of the provisions Act of August 22, 1997 on the protection of persons and property (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 532) and the provisions of the Regulation of the Minister of Culture and National Heritage of September 2, 2014 on the protection of museum collections against fire, theft and other threats threatening them destruction or loss (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 1240) being a Specialized Armed Protective Formation (SUFO), in accordance with the regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of October 21, 2011 on the principles of arming specialist armed formations protective... - Documents:
