Description:
1. The subject of the order is the protection of persons and property on the premises of the Social Welfare Home in Opole, ul. Chmielowicka 2, in accordance with the scope of activities and the description of the facility and the protected area specified in Annex No. 1 to SWZ.2. The maximum number of hours of security services to be provided in during the duration of the contract is 6,790. The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce the number of hours (max. 20%) of security and porter services.3. The scope of the subject matter of the contract is direct physical protection within the meaning of the Act of August 22, 1997 on the protection of persons and property (Journal of Laws of 2021 item 1995), in particular: a) physical security of the facility provided 16 hours a day, 5 days a week on weekdays and 24 hours a day on Saturdays and holidays (holidays), and in emergency situations, additionally at the request of the Ordering Party by a suitably dressed employee security professionally prepared to perform security (no license is required, only at least one year of experience in performing security and porter services) and at least one person supervising security employees; b) constant supervision of transmitted signals, hoard...
