Description:
1. The subject of the order is the provision by the Contractor to the Ordering Party of protection services for persons and property in the areas and facilities administered by GUMed and in the Alarm Monitoring and Protection Section of GUMed in the position of Deputy Shift Commander and SMAiO.2. Security services constitute social services specified in Annex XIV of Directive 2014/24/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 February 2014 on public procurement (OJ EU.L.2014.94.65). 3. A detailed description of the subject of the order and the method of providing the security service are set out in the following annexes to the SWZ - Annex No. 4 and items 4.A - 4H); Appendix No. 5 draft contract. The Ordering Party requires the submission of an offer after the Contractor has visited the site - in accordance with the provisions of Chapter XVII SWZ.
