Description:
The subject of the order is to provide security services for people, land, facilities and property by a uniformed unit. The services will be performed at the Railway Institute in Warsaw, located at ul. J. Chopicki 50. The contractor will be obliged to take action preventing crimes and offenses against people and property and preventing unauthorized persons from entering the protected facility. The subject of the order will be implemented in the form of direct physical protection, on the terms specified by the Ordering Party throughout the duration of the contract: a) from Monday to Friday: from 6.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. - one employee, from 6.00 p.m. to 6.00 a.m. - two employees; b) Saturdays, Sundays and holidays and on additional days off for CI employees - 24 hours a day - two employees; - the method of organizing employee shifts to ensure compliance with the requirements is the responsibility of the Contractor. The number of hours of service provision expected by the Ordering Party: in the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026, 14,520 hours. Assumptions regarding the provision of services being the subject of this order are presented in Annex No. 1 to this ToR.
