- 1. The subject of the order is the provision of psychological assistance services to Students and Employees of the Casimir the Great University in Bydgoszcz for 6 hours per week, not more than 912 hours during the entire duration of the contract.2. Psychological assistance will be provided at the Ordering Party's headquarters, stationary, in exceptional cases, online (via communication channels operating at the Ordering Party).3. Psychological assistance will consist in particular in individual psychological consultations.4. Psychological help will be provided by an authorized person: a psychologist. 5. Psychologist A person providing psychological assistance is a person with completed higher education (full-time 5-year studies) in psychology. The person assigned to provide the service should have appropriate substantive preparation, experience and knowledge required for a given position and meet the requirements of the Act on of June 8, 2001 on the profession of psychologist and professional self-government of psychologists (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1026, as amended).6.
