Description:
The subject of the order is the provision of public collective transport services
of a public utility nature in municipal passenger bus transport in the city and commune of Głuchołazy.
The organizer of the service is the Głuchołazy Commune (Ordering Party), the Contractor selected in pursuant to these proceedings, after concluding the contract, it becomes the Operator within the meaning of the provisions of the Act on Public Transport of December 16, 2010. The Contractor undertakes to provide transport services in accordance with the designated communication lines and timetable, while observing the regulations road traffic law, transport law, regulation on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment, as well as other legal provisions relating to operators and carriers.
The passenger transport service will be provided on the communication lines through which it belongs understood as: a transport connection on the public road network with marked embarkation and disembarkation points where the service covered by the contract is provided.
The list of communication lines on which the service will be provided is included in Ordinance No. 1033-PR.257.2025 of the Mayor of Głuchołazy from on November 14, 2025 regarding the introduction of free transport services in the city and commune of Głuchołazy.
The Ordering Party assumes that during the entire order execution period (for the valuation of the service it was assumed that the transport service will be provided in the period from January 2, 2026 to December 31, 2026) minimal...
