- The subject of the order includes transport on public utility lines in the Skarżysko District. Bus transport in district passenger transport (transportation of people as part of public collective transport carried out within the administrative boundaries of the district). at least two communes, not exceeding the boundaries of one poviat or within the administrative boundaries of neighboring poviats, in the event of concluding an agreement or establishing unions of poviats). If agreements are concluded with neighboring counties, communication lines may be established extending beyond the area of Skarżysko County.
Providing public services in the field of district passenger transport in the Skarżysko district
The subject of the order includes transport on public utility lines in the Skarżysko District. Bus transport in district passenger transport (transport of persons as part of district public transport performed within the administrative boundaries of at least two communes, not exceeding the boundaries of one poviat or within the administrative boundaries of neighboring poviats, in the case of concluding an agreement or establishing an association of counties). If agreements are concluded with neighboring poviats, communication lines may be created extending beyond the territory of the Skarżysko poviat.
