- The subject of the order is the provision of transport services in municipal passenger transport of a public utility nature in the Commune of Wielopole Skrzyskie and on the line connecting the Commune of Wielopole Skrzyskie with the Communes of Winiowa and the Commune of Strzyw on routes described in the preliminary proposed draft timetable: for part I lines L1, L2, for part II lines L3, L4 constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ, on the terms set out in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ (contract template) on working days from Monday to Friday. Scope the order includes the provision of services in accordance with the timetable and the requirements of the Ordering Party. Details regarding the conditions of service provision are described in the contract template, which constitutes Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. Operator when performing transport services of a nature public utilities, commissioned by the Organizer, will only use buses that: 1) meet the requirements specified in the provisions of the Act of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251, as amended) and implementing regulations to the above-mentioned Act, and in particular the requirements specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of December 31...
