1. The subject of the order is the provision of public utility transport services as part of public collective transport in poviat-municipal passenger transport within the administrative borders of Wągrowiec and Obornica poviats that are participants of the poviat-municipal association "Wielkopolski Transport Regionalny" on bus communication lines within the meaning of Art. 4 section 1 point 5 letter a PTZ (hereinafter referred to as "Transportation" or "Service").
2. The transport is organized entirely by the Ordering Party, who is, within the meaning of PTZ, the Organizer ensuring the operation of public collective transport in the Ordering Party's territory. The contractor selected in the performance procedure services will become the Operator within the meaning of PTZ in the Wągrowiec and Obornicki poviats.
3. Transport will be provided by the Operator according to timetables and route diagrams of individual communication lines developed by the Operator and approved by the Organizer.
4.Operator will be entitled to temporarily change the route of individual communication lines only in the event of circumstances beyond its control and objectively forcing it to do so (e.g. road renovation, traffic accidents, etc.).
