• Description:
• 1. The subject of the order is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the provision of publishing services of scientific books and publications of the AWS Publishing House. By the term publication, the ordering party understands scientific and didactic materials necessary for teaching and scientific development of the university, including: scripts and other scientific and teaching materials. As part of the executive agreements, the Ordering Party will commission the publishing service of a scientific book (scientific monograph) or other publications in accordance with the attached description in the executive order, within a maximum deadline 90 business days from submitting the complete file to the Contractor. The Ordering Party plans to publish 27 scientific books and other publications under the framework agreement, which will be assigned an ISBN number by the Ordering Party. Orders will cover editions of up to 100 copies. Copyright property rights to scientific books and other publications remain with the Ordering Party as the publisher. Individual services will be ordered by the Ordering Party on the basis of executive orders, in accordance with the principles and method of awarding executive orders specified in the framework agreement. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ.
