Description:
1. The subject of the order is: provision of rescue services in the swimming pool of the Sports Championship School in Pruszkow.2. The subject of the order will be delivered in the following quantities: a) Basic order: 17,520 persons/hours (number/maximum), on January 1, 2026, December 31, 2026, at: Swimming Pool of the Sports Championship School in Pruszkow at ul. Gomuliskiego 2b) Order using the option law: Using the option law, the services constituting the subject of the order will be provided after completion of the contract in the basic order for the next three months, i.e.: January 1, 2027 to March 31, 2027.4 320 person/hours (maximum number), from 01/01 to 31/03/2027 in: Swimming pool of the Sports Championship School in Pruszkow at ul. Gomuliskiego 2Pywalnia is a facility open to users since March 2024. The complex includes: 1) Sports swimming pool with dimensions of 25 m x 21 m, depth of 1.35 m and 2.00 m water surface of 525 m2, the minimum number of lifeguards for continuous rescue service is 2 people.2) Recreational swimming pool with dimensions of 17 m x 5 m, depth of 0.80 m -1.10 m and water surface area of 85 m2, minimum number of lifeguards for continuous rescue service ob...
