Description:
1. The contractor will be obliged to provide restaurant and hotel services for 46 people on December 15-16, 2025.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Annex No. 4 to the specification of the terms of the order, hereinafter referred to as SWZ.3. The number of training participants provided by the ordering party is: maximum order level. The Ordering Party reserves the possibility of a smaller number of participants, but not less than 40 people, and the contractors will not be entitled to any claims in this respect.4. The Ordering Party reserves the obligation for the contractor to personally perform key tasks covered by the subject of the order, referred to in referred to in Chapter XXXV SWZ.5. The Ordering Party reserves the right to conduct an on-site visit to the hotel proposed by the contractor, hereinafter also referred to as the hotel facility, in terms of its compliance with the provisions of the SWZ, as well as in terms of its medical, sanitary and epidemiological security.6. Performer is obliged to process the order in accordance with the principles of modern knowledge, applicable regulations and with respect for health and safety principles work.
