Description:
provision of a restaurant service consisting in the preparation and serving of a hot meal (one-course dinner), with the possibility of consumption in premises adapted to the needs of people with disabilities, designated by the Contractor in the city of Kty, together with the provision of waiter service. The ordering party requires that the contractor has a catering point (dining room) or provides access to a catering point located in the city of Kty, due to the nature and method of providing the service. The subject of the order is providing meals in the form of a benefit granted by administrative decision to residents of the Kty Commune, including the elderly and people with disabilities. the service is provided in the form of consuming a meal at a catering point, without delivering the food to the place residence. Meals may also be served to go in specially designed disposable containers (Contractor's expense) in justified cases. The estimated number of meals in the period February-December 2026 will be approximately 7,500. Ordering Party applies the law of options.
