• Description:
• Providing SD-WAN-PP wide network operator services for Poczta Polska S.A. 1. The subject of the order is the provision of an ICT solution in the service model and the provision of SD-WAN-PP wide network operator services for Poczta Polska S.A. 2. The subject of the Agreement includes Implementation Work, delivery of the necessary devices and software indicated in the OPZ, provision of Services and preparation of the Documentation and transfer of economic copyrights to the Documentation. 3. Detailed description of the item the orders are included in Annexes No. 3 and 3a to the SWZ and in the draft contract constituting Annex No. 11 to the SWZ. 4. The Ordering Party pursuant to Art. 441 PZP provides for the application of option law in the following scope: 1) New Locations Option, under which The Ordering Party has the right to order the provision of Services in any number of new Locations and related connection installations, in the category from T0 to T7, or, 2) Link Transfer Option for Locations where T1-T7 category links have been implemented, or, 3) Options Change of Category, within which the Ordering Party has the right, throughout the period of provision of Services, to request the Contractor to change the category of T0-T7 lines - in existing Locations where Services are provided - to a higher or lower one, one time category up or down, but in an amount not exceeding 20% of the Locations indicated in the List of Locations 5.
