1. The subject of the order is the provision of security services for the branches of the Podgrza Cultural Center in Krakow, Fort Borek (ul. Forteczna 146, 30-437 Krakw) and the Ruczaj Center (ul. Przyzby 10A, 30-385 Krakw). The subject of the order is divided into: a) provision of security services for the branch of the Podgrza Cultural Center in Krakow Fort Borek (ul. Forteczna 146, 30-437 Krakow),2. The detailed scope of the subject of the order is specified in Appendix 1 to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the order.3. We would like to inform you that in connection with the planned date of January 1, 2026. a combination of the Cultural Center of the Polish Song Library and the Cultural Center of Podgrza w Krakow, the newly established institution, i.e. the Podgrza Cultural Center in Krakow, will become the legal successor of the Podgrza Cultural Center, and thus will assume its rights and obligations by operation of law.4. Ordering party pursuant to Art. 95 section 1 of the Act provides for requirements related to the implementation of the order in the field of employment by the contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment relationship of persons performing the following activities indicated by the ordering party within the scope of the order: personal and property protection services.
