The subject of the order includes the following scope of services, i.e.: 1) security of the facility of the District Court in Bartoszyce located at ul. Warszawska 3 in the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026: The Ordering Party requires that the service be performed on weekdays during the Court's opening hours, i.e.: Monday: 06:30 18:30; Tuesday - Friday: from 06:30 to 15:30; by two qualified physical security employees, Monday: from 18:30 to 21:00; Tuesday - Friday: 15:30 21:00; Saturday, Sunday 08.00 16.00 by one qualified physical security employee, while in the remaining time, i.e. from 21.00 to 06.30 on weekdays, Saturday, Sunday from 16.00 to 08.00 and on non-working days (holidays), the facility should be armed with an alarm system.2) security of the facility of the District Court in Bartoszyce located at ul.
