Description:
1. provision of property protection services in the building of the Olenica City Hall, address: Rynek 1, 56-400 Olenica2. Security and supervision of the facility will be provided by the Contractor: 24 hours a day, with a single staff, on Saturdays and Sundays and on other days off from the Office's work. and on office working days from 3 p.m. to 8 a.m. the next day, staffed by one person.3. The estimated number of protection hours in 2026 is 7,000 hours.4. The detailed obligations of the Contractor are specified in the contract template, Annex No. 1 to SWZ.5. The ordering party does not allow the submission of offers honorable ones. Reasons for not dividing the order into parts: inability to divide the order into smaller parts, small scope of the order.6. The Ordering Party informs that in this procedure it is not allowed to submit variant offers and: 1) it does not allow the possibility submitting offers in the form of electronic catalogs or attaching electronic catalogs to the offer, 2) does not stipulate the personal performance of key tasks by the contractor, 3) does not provide for: a) awarding orders referred to in Art. art. 214 section 1 point 7 and 8b) concluding a framework agreement referred to in Art. 311315 of the Public Procurement Law, c) settlements in foreign currencies, d) electronic auctions...
