Subject of the polish.1.1 As part of the implementation of this Clave, the Contractor shall undertake to collect from the Ordering Sorted and Norturned (mixed) municipal waste, hereinafter referred to as waste, and their development in accordance with the applicable legal provisions and offers, andThe Ordering Party shall be undertaken to the contractor of the remuneration.1.2 As part of the implementation of the subject of the plait, the Contractor is obliged to collect waste in a specific manner, in the maximum number: 1) unsorted (mixed) municipal waste with code 20 03 01 110 mg, 2) paper and cardboard as wellFrom paper and cardboard with code 15 01 01 5 mg, 3) plastics and packaging made of it, multi -material packaging as well as metal and metal packaging with code 15 01 02 10 mg, 4) schools and packaging from a sket with a code 15 01 07 4 mg, 5) waste biodeded with code 20 02 01 120 mg.2.The frequency and the principles of collection of waste is reflected in the orders of the Ordering Party or, in accordance with the frequency, specified in the commemoration No. 2 to the template of the contract. The waste collection order is at least 2 business days before specified byZamaw.
