Description:
The subject of the contract is the provision of a service and monitoring visits of projects implemented under the European Funds program for social development 2021-2027. The service will include a minimum of 10 inspections at the Beneficiary's headquarters and 10 visits monitoring to a maximum of 40 inspections at the Beneficiary's headquarters and 40 monitoring visits in accordance with the principles set out in this description of the subject of the contract (hereinafter: "OPZ"). Inspections will be carried out at the place of implementation of the project/seat of the controlled entity (including in each a place directly related to the implementation of the project) in locations throughout the Republic of Poland. However, the monitoring visit will be carried out at the place of conducting substantive activities.
