1. The subject of the order is the provision of a service consisting in collection, collection and management municipal waste from owners of residential properties and summer houses or other properties used for recreational purposes in the Węgierska Gorka commune in 2026.
As part of the subject of the order referred to above, the Contractor will be obliged to collect collection and management of municipal waste from:
1) owners of residential properties
2) summer houses or other properties used for recreational purposes
3) from street bins
4) from public places, including event venues
5) property owners where no residents live and waste is generated and hotel services are provided.
2. The amount of municipal waste generated that will need to be collected and managed is estimated at approximately: 4,300 Mg
3. The collection and management of municipal waste should be carried out in a manner that ensures achieving appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods, and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of September 13, 1996. on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733, as amended), and the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Węgierska Gorka Commune adopted by Resolution No. XIV/154/2020 of May 4, 2020, and U... - Documents:
