- 1. The subject of the order is the provision of services consisting in the collection and management (recovery or disposal) of municipal waste on real estate owned by the Warnice Commune, indicated by the Ordering Party, in a way ensuring the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of September 13, 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities, once every 1 month or once every 2 weeks, or more often in depending on needs.2. The list of waste collection points from public utility facilities in the Warnice Commune is attached as Appendix No. 2 to SWZ.3. The Ordering Party allows for the possibility of changing the list of waste collection points from public utility facilities of the Warnice Commune on the basis of an annex to the contract and the quantity and frequency of collection. waste after prior notification by the ordering party.
