1. The subject of the order is the performance of a task in accordance with the Description of the subject of the order Annex No. 2 to the contract template (hereinafter: OPZ):
1) providing a service consisting in the collection of municipal waste from owners of real estate where residents live, located in the Municipality of Toruń (hereinafter referred to as the Commune) and accompanying services related to maintaining cleanliness and order in the commune area,
2) providing property owners with containers and bags intended for collecting particular types of waste, with colors and markings in accordance with the requirements specified in specific regulations and OPZ, and providing services related to the maintenance of containers in appropriate sanitary, orderly and technical condition,
3 and 4 of the template of the Municipal Installation contract,
4) operating a mobile waste collection point (MPSZOK) stationed in 20 places dedicated to residents Toruń housing estates;
5) removal of municipal waste from places not intended for storage and warehousing within the meaning of the Act of December 14, 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended) located within the commune;
6) organizing and running a point dealing with ongoing service inhabitants;
7) conducting educational and information activities in the field of services provided by the Contractor and selective collection of municipal waste.
